How to order a personalized lamp:

Of course, you need to think about what kind of lamp you want! What size, material, color scheme, style are possible? HERE is a comprehensive collection of what aspects you should consider. (We also provide advice! If you send us a photo or video of the interior segment where you would like to buy a lamp, we will be happy to send you our suggestions regarding the choice of lamp.)

Contact us using one of our contact details to discuss the details and answer any questions you may have.

Based on what we have discussed, we will prepare and send you a price quote by email.

If the contents of the offer meet your expectations, we will send you the invoice with payment details after feedback.

After a successful transfer, we will prepare your lamp(s) as agreed and post them as soon as possible.

Inelastic or slightly elastic textile. We also work with imported materials!

When do you get your order?

​​​We will ship our in-stock products to you within 3 working days of your order, and we will fulfill and mail your custom lampshade orders within 10 working days. In the case of materials imported from abroad, this deadline may be extended, but in all cases we will inform our customer of this as soon as possible, and if necessary, we will negotiate the replacement of the ordered materials. In the case of lamp bases, the deadline is determined by the production time, which we can always provide precise information about after consultation with our partner. If the base order can be fulfilled from stock, then 3 working days can also be expected.

Important! In the case of a contractual customer, the deadlines and conditions set out in the previously concluded contract are the decisive factors. You can currently only purchase our in-stock products through our Etsy platform, and Etsy's ordering and payment rules apply to these transactions.
