Delivery

Orders placed through Etsy are subject to the delivery terms indicated on the Etsy website.

For orders placed by direct inquiry, the finished product will be delivered domestically by Magyar Posta with home delivery, the cost of which is br. 2540 HUF/package (this includes the br. 550 HUF/package handling fee for fragile packages, so that the order arrives safely). We cover the home delivery costs for orders with a total amount exceeding 39,000 HUF.

In the case of large quantities and priority business orders, home delivery is carried out by us based on an individual discussion.

Payment

By placing an order, the customer accepts that he or she is obligated to pay, whether it is an individual order or an order through Etsy.

Our products in stock can only be purchased through Etsy. Etsy's payment terms apply to these orders.

Orders placed by direct inquiry can be paid in advance by bank transfer. We issue an invoice through an invoicing program, which includes the payment deadline. The order is considered final after the products are paid for, if this is not done by the deadline, it will be automatically canceled. When making a payment, please include the invoice number in the message.
